Right of withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason in writing (e.g. by email to info@maxpodium.com or via an online contact form) (§ 355 BGB).

  • If possible, the return should be made in the original packaging , but this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

  • The buyer is only liable for any loss of value of the goods resulting from use beyond checking their quality, properties and functionality.

  • The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

  • The seller shall bear the direct costs of return unless otherwise agreed.

Refund and return

  • After cancellation, all payments, including delivery costs (except additional costs for alternative delivery methods), will be refunded immediately and at the latest within 14 days .

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without any additional fees .

  • We may refuse reimbursement until we receive the returned goods .

  • The goods must be returned immediately, but no later than 14 days after cancellation . This deadline is met if you send the goods on time.

Use and replacement value

  • The buyer may test the products to the extent necessary to check their quality, properties and functionality.

  • Further use that leads to wear and tear or damage may give rise to an obligation to pay compensation .

  • Returning the goods in the original packaging is recommended , but is not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Tips for maintenance and use

To ensure your MaxRacer meets all your expectations, please carefully follow all steps in the enclosed assembly instructions.

  1. Sharp objects: Please remember not to sit on the chair with keys or other sharp objects, so as not to damage the coating.
  2. Impellers: If the impellers begin to seize or do not rotate normally, it is recommended to check and, if necessary, clean any dirt accumulated on the impellers.
  3. Cleaning: If you need to clean your chair, only use a mild detergent and a damp cloth; all other chemicals may damage the coating of your MaxRacer.
  4. Solar radiation: Sunlight accelerates the wear and tear of the coating.
  5. Skin contact: Using the chair in direct contact with skin may accelerate the deterioration/wear of the coating, thereby reducing the lifespan of your chair.
  6. Maintenance: After one year of use, it is advisable to retighten the screws on the armrests, seat, and backrest.

Limited Warranty

MaxPodium offers a 2-year limited warranty on all its products sold in our online stores and through our authorized resellers. The limited warranty covers defects in the metal frame structure as well as all material and manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt; it must be returned with all parts.

This warranty does not cover issues or damage resulting from any of the following:

  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Natural variations in fabric or pattern or the presence of textures
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, cuts, and dents
  • Changes in surface finish, including colorfastness, due to aging or exposure to light
  • Naturally occurring marks, scars, or wrinkles in the material
  • Any modification, misuse, accident, disassembly, incorrect application, or unauthorized repair
  • Removal of any manufacturer's label(s) or sticker(s)
  • Foreign objects that wear down the fabric over time
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage
  • Counterfeit products

Furthermore, MaxPodium reserves the right to reject warranty claims against products or services purchased and/or used in violation of applicable law.
