Maintenance and usage tips:

To ensure your MaxRacer meets all your expectations, please carefully follow all steps in the included assembly instructions.

1- Remember not to sit on the chair with keys or other sharp objects to avoid damaging the coating.

2- If the wheels start to lock or do not rotate normally, it is recommended to check the dirt accumulated on the wheels and clean it if necessary.

3- Cleaning: If you need to clean your chair, use only a mild detergent and a damp cloth, any other chemicals may damage the coating of your MaxRacer.

4- Sunlight accelerates the wear/tear of the coating.

5- Using the chair in direct contact with the skin may accelerate the depreciation/wear of the coating, thereby shortening the lifespan of your chair.

6- After one year of use, it is advisable to tighten the screws on the armrests, seat and backrest.

Limited Warranty:

MaxPodium offers a one-year limited warranty on all its products sold in our online stores and through our authorized resellers. This limited warranty covers defects in the metal frame structure, as well as all defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

The buyer has the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt; it must be returned with all parts.

• MaxPodium only supports/replaces/returns with a proof of purchase from our online stores and authorized resellers.
• The request for repair or return of the purchased item must be communicated to the seller's customer service via the appropriate channels.

This warranty does not cover any problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

• Wear and tear during normal use
• Natural variations in fabric or pattern or the presence of textures
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, cuts and dents
• Changes in surface quality, including color fastness, due to aging or exposure to light
• Naturally occurring markings, scars or wrinkles in the material
• Any modification, misuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication or unauthorized repair
• Removal of any manufacturer's label(s) or sticker
• Foreign bodies that wear down the fabric over time (cleaning agents that are not mild)
• Any other cause not attributable to a defect in materials or workmanship of the product
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage
• Counterfeit products are also excluded from this warranty; that is, products that MaxPodium determines, in its sole discretion, were not manufactured by MaxPodium or one of its authorized manufacturing partners.

In addition, MaxPodium reserves the right to reject any warranty claims against products or services purchased and/or used in violation of applicable law.
