Maintenance and usage tips

To ensure that your MaxRacer meets all your expectations, please carefully follow all the steps in the included assembly instructions.

  • Sharp objects: Remember not to sit on the chair with keys or other sharp objects to avoid damaging the coating.
  • Casters: If the casters start to lock or do not roll normally, it is recommended to check and, if necessary, clean the dirt accumulated on the wheels.
  • Cleaning: If you need to clean your chair, use only a mild cleaning agent and a damp cloth; all other chemicals can damage the coating of your MaxRacer.
  • Sunlight: Sunlight accelerates the wear/deterioration of the coating.
  • Skin contact: Using the chair in direct contact with the skin can accelerate the loss of value/wear of the coating, thereby shortening the lifespan of your chair.
  • Maintenance: After one year of use, it is advisable to retighten the screws on the armrests, seat, and backrest.

Limited Warranty

MaxPodium offers a limited warranty of 2 years on all its products sold in our online stores and by our authorized resellers. The limited warranty covers defects in the metal frame structure as well as all material and workmanship defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt; it must be returned with all parts.

This warranty does not cover problems or damages resulting from any of the following:

  • Wear and tear during normal use
  • Natural variations in fabric or pattern or the presence of textures
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, cuts, and dents
  • Changes in surface appearance, including color fastness, due to aging or exposure to light
  • Natural markings, scars, or creases in the material
  • Any modification, misuse, accident, disassembly, improper application, or unauthorized repair
  • Removal of any manufacturer labels or stickers
  • Foreign objects that wear out the fabric over time
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage
  • Counterfeit products

Furthermore, MaxPodium reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products or services purchased and/or used in violation of applicable laws.
